We offer a free 14-day trial for all paid plans. During this period, no charges are applied, and you may evaluate the platform to ensure it meets your needs. Because we offer this extensive free evaluation period, standard payments post-trial are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances, such as: (a) Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our or our payment processor's (Paysera) side. (b) Major, prolonged service disruptions preventing the core usage of the Platform, which our support team could not resolve within a reasonable timeframe. (c) If a refund is required by consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT grant refunds for: Partial usage during a billing cycle (e.g., cancelling mid-month or mid-year); Failure to understand how the platform works after the 14-day trial; Changes in mind or lack of usage of an active subscription.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge date at info@sync2sys.com. Please include your account email, the transaction date, and a detailed explanation of your request. Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (via Paysera). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
