What happens if I exceed my product (SKU) limit?

You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional SKU packs.

If the limit is exceeded, product sync may pause until capacity is increased.

What counts as a product (SKU)?

Each active product in your catalog counts toward your SKU limit — including imported and manually created PIM products.

What happens when I exceed supplier or channel limits?

You can add more suppliers or channels using add-ons, or upgrade to the next plan.

How much does it cost to expand limits without changing tiers?

Add-ons are attached one by one to any paid plan. The price does not depend on your tier. Billing is monthly; the annual -20% discount applies to add-ons too.

What is the Order Management module and how much does it cost?

It is a separate paid module on top of any plan: a unified inbox for orders from all channels, label printing, carrier selection rules, tracking, and export to accounting.

Pricing depends on your Sync2Sys plan: on Sandbox — 100 orders free (trial), Control +€29 (500 orders/mo), Optimize +€79 (2,000), Scale +€199 (10,000). Overage: €0.03 per order.

What counts as one order in the module?

One order is a single unit in the counter, and it already includes sync from the channel, label creation, tracking-number push to the marketplace, export, and status change.

Reprinting the same label, changing the status of the same order, viewing and searching are not billed separately.

How much does it cost to connect a carrier?

Each module tier includes several carriers: Sandbox 1, Control 2, Optimize 3, Scale 5. Five delivery services are available (LP Express, Omniva, DPD, Itella, Smartpost), with more in development.

An extra carrier is +€10/mo. Self-serve setup: you enter your own API key. Sales channels are not limited by the module, their number is set by your base plan. Custom carrier development on request: €499–999.

Are AI tokens included?

Yes. Each paid plan includes a monthly AI token allowance.

Additional token packs can be purchased anytime.

Do unused AI tokens roll over?

No. AI tokens reset each billing cycle.

Is setup assistance included?

Yes. Setup assistance is included starting from the Control plan.

Scale and Enterprise plans include guided onboarding and priority support.

Do I need technical skills to use Sync2Sys?
