FAQ

Do the supplier's original photos change?

No. Image Studio processes photos when they are served via the export link. The original files stay as they are, and you can change the settings at any time.

Can I turn it on for only some suppliers?

Yes. Trimming can be turned on just for suppliers with problem photos, the rest stay unchanged.

Does it work for marketplaces?

Yes. For marketplace exports choose JPG on white, for your own site WebP. The format is set for each export separately.

Do I need to install anything in my store?

No. Photos arrive in your store already processed via the export link, so the module works on any platform, including Shopify and closed SaaS site builders.

What about new products?

New supplier photos are processed automatically with the same settings, nothing to do by hand.
